Book an event with us and we will be happy to provide 50 free postcard announcements. Tables and chairs, and a mobile announcement system are available. We also offer our shopping, pouring, and chef services to help lighten your workload! Details and pricing below.

Specialty Services

Photography | $50*

Throughout an event with Eaton Winery Event Services, our staff will capture quality photographs, highlighting your event and winery. 20 photographs will be delivered within 2 weeks of an event.

Personal Shopping | $25/hour*

Make your work easier and save your valuable time! Let us do the shopping for your special event.

Pouring | $21/hour*

Special events often require extra sets of hands to help out. Our bartenders are WSET trained and adhere to all guidelines governing alcohol consumption.

Chef | $30/hour*

Eaton Winery Event Services staff are experts at creating delectable small bites, dips, and munchies. Hire us to prepare goodies in your kitchen for your special event.

Specialty Equipment

All specialty equipment has a $50 transportation fee, and is available for clients who have booked an event with us.

Tables and Chairs

6 tables and 24 chairs are available for clients who have booked an event with us. Tables comfortably seat 6; Paint ‘n Sip events seat 3 people per table.

Announcer System

Some events just need an announcer! We will bring our PA system, as well as offering additional announcer services as needed.

Presentation System

Need some visuals? We’ve got you! Our projection presentation system adds an eye-catching element to your events.
